1. Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer service team via WhatsApp at +923046195595 or emailing us at info@snackshack.pk.

Can I cancel specific items from my order?

You may modify or remove items from your order before dispatch by contacting us. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellations or modifications can be made.

2. Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

✔ The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
✔ The product must remain sealed and unused.
✔ You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.

What items are not eligible for returns?

✔ Opened or partially consumed food items.
✔ Products that were stored improperly after delivery.
✔ Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
✔ Frozen food items (samosas, rolls, shami kababs, etc.) cannot be returned once delivered.

3. Refund Policy

How do I get a refund for a defective or incorrect item?

If a product qualifies for a refund, we will process it in the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after verification.

Refunds are only applicable if:

✔ The product is damaged or expired upon delivery.
✔ You received the wrong item.

Refunds are NOT applicable if:

✖ You change your mind after delivery.
✖ You do not like the taste of the product.
✖ The product has been opened, used, or stored improperly.
